What am I supposed to say here? 
Both me and my partner have only experienced residual haunting in our previous house. There are no actual ghosts or entities but impressions of what they did there when they were living. It is usually the footsteps and figures walking around in the hall-ways and near the back of the house. It was a bit quirky but they never gave us any trouble for the two years we lived there. We jokingly called them the night-shift workers. Hopefully the owners might look at changing or remodelling parts of the house that may help dissipate the energies stuck in their old ways.
